Dad told me that the albino cross peacock isn't possible and that someone probably did that in Photoshop. Sorry. You can still look at it and apreciate it's beauty anyway(I probably couldn't do that good in Photoshop:})
Tell your dad that I have seen one in person! I was in Farmington, NM where I saw a live albino peacock. No joke! But I didn't see it with all its feathers puffed out. They are beautiful!
